Job Duties
Clinical Director will be responsible for:

  • Quality Assurance/Process Improvement (QAPI): Manage QAPI process by performing and/or overseeing team leaders with call/chart audits for each care coordinator.
  • Clinical leadership: Coordinate and direct clinical services for CCS with collaboration from other RCDs, COO, and others as warranted. Develop and maintain clinical protocols and communicate with staff relevant clinical issues and industry updates.
  • Clinical protocols: Collaborate and coordinate quality clinical protocols with clients, tailored to the needs of the practice/patients, to include, but not limited to, monthly concentrations, efficient workflows, and provider/staff/administrative communication preferences.
  • Clinical Outcomes: Ensuring both client and patient satisfaction, providing quality healthcare services, and assisting with meeting established quality measures.

Requirements:

  • Active California RN License (Required) with active BLS
  • 1+ year of leadership/supervisory responsibilities
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone presence
  • Chronic Care Management experience (preferred)
  • Remote work experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
